A Veyron would be a total waste on our roads. Get a £50000 TVR Sagaris and do 0-60mph in 3.8secs instead. Save a bank full of money and still beat everything else on our roads.

@aditya: sure, or a spruced evo that could do the same for less money...but then, the bugatti is about making a statement, among other things...

@beemer: nope, i suppose the honour of the most expensive road-going car goes to the mercedes CLK-GTR limited ed; last i heard, the final lot were going for an astounding 1.75-2.0 million U.S $....!!!

At the Geneva Motor Show, Autocar editor Hormazd Sorabjee spoke to Bugatti CEO and he has said that Bugatti will enter India probably in 2010.There is no fixed date however.
Priced at more than 6 crores, its gonna be the most expensive car in India!
Any takers?

No brand, remember? And how else are filthy-rich people going to spend their money if they don't spend on the most expensive things that money can buy?

6 crores? I wouldn't surprised if atleast 1 makes it onto the roads. The 'big-name' people ought to be the ones headed to the Bugatti showroom.

For such a huge car, there have been surprisingly few pics. Zero to be exact.
