MG 360M @ Auto Expo 2020

Big shoutout to Vid6639 for shooting these pictures & his coverage of the Auto Expo. Thanks for sharing, man!

MG Motor is evaluating the 360M for India. The 6-seater MPV is expected to rival the Maruti Ertiga.

Powered by a 1.5L petrol engine mated to a CVT. Power & torque outputs stand at 103 BHP & 135 Nm respectively:

Thanks for sharing the snaps. Interesting car, looking cool for the segment, this car had the potential to take on Ertiga, Marrazo, and Innova to an extent.

I am not a fan of the wheels and the odd proportions. The front end looks good though. I can see it doing well if they can price it similar to the Marazzo.

This looks interesting. The one thing that bothers me is those wheels looking disproportionate

Re: MG 360M @ Auto Expo 2020

Design reminds me of the Carnival as well as the Ertiga but it does look interesting.
Interiors look premium and smart.
Wheels look a bit too small which ruins the otherwise good design.

Re: MG 360M @ Auto Expo 2020

It looks like a cheaper Kia Carnival, I don't know if members here felt the same or not. Though a petrol engine for it?
MG is definitely targeting the Ertiga but then again as per the little experience I had with Hector, The Ertiga would be a better car to drive thanks to the K Series engine compared to the 360M. I didn't like the interiors as well, it's too basic for the current times and the overall cabin just doesn't seem to have the premium appeal.

Re: MG 360M @ Auto Expo 2020

After tasting the success with MG-Hector and good response to ZS-WV, the MG is coming with more models for indian market, as reported in Autocar.
https://www.autocarindia.com/car-new...xt-year-416136.
Like Kia, They are establishing brand by low volume, high margin and less crowded segments.Interesting products lined up are
1] 360 M- 6 seater, in Ertiga/Marazzo segment-showcased in Autoexpo
2]Gloster-SUV-showcased above-loops imposing SUV,largest in their lineup
3]G10 MPV-
After these, they are entering sub 10 lakh( mass market) segments. So the chinese are coming to India full throttle.
