There were no EVO or FTO engined cars running this time. Zklasse was probably refering to last years run.

Mr R. TEch there was one black lancer of my friends running with FTO engine. V6 Mivec.

Yes there was a black Lancer with a V6 Mivec Engine, i ev seen it personally running in 2000CC category but dont know the timing she clocked

that was entered on the list as an old Lancer import. rocam, you should have brought that to the attention of the COC.

I thought that the FTO's 2litre,V6 came with a tiptronic auto tranny.

Did he race with that??

just got some new news
the dri was present on the drag days..the surd who was in the pits was the asst. comissioner...but they did not seize any bikes...just noted down all numbers...........
the local rto guys were the actual ones thast seized the bikes on the grounds of rash driving and putting others life in danger due to their action off the strip...all bikes were let of today as i write this message for a fee off 3500 rs............
i guess thast ok...cause do what u want on the strip or in the pits....keep the normal roads safe man..........khargar has people tooo

NO events are perfect especially the ones that happen once in a year. If events like these happen more often Im sure things would start getting refined...which I hope would manifest soon. Seems like there is a sense of discomfort among us, but lets give ourselves the benefit of doubt by saying we are all enthusiasts. The Whole purpose of the ongoing debate here is coz there are certain things the eveng management might have faltered in or needs to pay additional attention to...I appreciate the criticism but lets keep it reasonable and hope the ACI, MAI, FMSCI's are listening to us...
