I have a small doubt,
There are two kinds of spectator passes
1-Seasonal which costs 1500INR
2-Per day pass-1100INR

If i want to attend as a spectator on both days, which one should i go for, the first or the second. What is the difference between seasonal and one day pass?AFAIK the seasonal passes is for both the days,i.e pay 1500 only for 2 days. Please correct me if i am wrong.
Sorry my bad..3 people x Rs 1100 = Rs 3300 for the 10th. I am interested in the finals and the Supercars and bikes.

If you want to attend both days then you have the seasonal Rs 1500 pass. If you want to only attend on one of the days then the Rs 1100 pass is fine.

This would definately be putting me against the likes of the v8's, v10's and v12's with higher bhp figures..does this seem fair. I am seriously discouraged from entering my car for the event even though i was looking fwd to it, but now i guess i shall just come as a spectator. It seems better to pay 3300 for the one day pass than 11k + fuel cost as i would have to purchase fuel from the organisors or carry my own 97 octane just to have no remotely achievable chance in the drag. I have my forms filled and everything but have not submitted them for the same reason.

I am in no ways saying keep my car in the H2 category but take it to H3 and not directly to H4 as the car is stock by the manufaturer and not modded by me.
Alright let me clarify the minor points - 1stly I am providing you Speed 97 at the venue (so you dont need to carry it). I have discussed with IARC about your concern & we will mutually sort your concern. If you know IARC - then a direct call to REZA will clear out the doubt.

The spectators will be provided covered seating (plastic chairs), non-ac. Food, water, drinks counters will also be there - along with the display area access. Where the spectators are seated - opposite to the Air Strip will be the Participants Parc ferme. Spectators access to Participants Parc Ferme is not permitted.

For tickets: COD service - Mr.Shailesh +91-8805957900 - online: http://www.eliteoctane.com/book-ticket.html or http://www.meraevents.com/my-events

Hope to have cleared a few doubts.

I booked online with the COD option for the 2 day pass and the came to collect payment.

So after making payment, all I was given was a receipt of payment and told that I've got to collect the actual pass at the venue on the day of the event! No more details of when/where to collect the pass from...

Can you please share details on how one should go about collecting the passes and also confirm if this is how it is supposed to be?

you need to submit the receipt at the registration desk located at the entry of the air strip premises & you would get a stamp & entry.

I got an email with my passes after COD payment. Or is it just the receipt?

I hope there are enough and more people managing the registration desk to avoid a mad-rush on raceday to cope with rush. Are the registration desk(s) open throughout the event schedule or only for per-determined times during the day?

Looking at Insaneroller's explanation, looks like its just the receipt although the subject line on the email says - "Delegate Pass for the event THE VALLEY RUN 2013.
