Speed Sprint was held at Chandigarh on March 17, 2013. The track was tarmac for all classification purposes. However since the tarmac was old there was lots of loose grit on the surface.

Speed Sprint follows a single stage rally sprint format. It allows each participant two chances per entry to return the best time that is then taken for determination of classification.

This was the second Speed Sprint held at Chandigarh. The track had a length of 7 kilometers and a total of 21 elements - turns, curves and 180 degree changes in direction - were incorporated in to the challenge.

The track lay out was:

A small straight after the start with a ninety left at T1 followed by 180 hand brake turn at T2....and so on. At all turn off cones and direction markers were placed to guide the participants. Also mud banks were created in run off areas to stop any "out of control" skids etc.
