The 4th installment of the Mughal Rally will be held from 27th to 30th June 2013. 2 day rally run on the Mughal Road.

The 4th Mughal Rally is open to all vehicles, irrespective of make or model. There will be two versions running concurrently - the Xtreme and the Enduro. The Xtreme will be a Stage rally and the Enduro would be a Regularity one. The routes might be slightly different as might the 'end of leg' destinations.

The Xtreme section will be run to the CCR regulations of the FMSCI and FiA and will have Groups - T1,T2 and T3. All vehicles, whether modified or not, are permitted. Full current safety norms will be observed at Scrutiny.
Moto-Quad participants will have to adhere to all rules governing helmets and gear. If in doubt please contact the rally office. No waivers or leniency will be granted in this respect.

For the Enduro, Cars and Suv's will be amalgamated and fight for the overall prizes. Soft Top vehicles are permitted as are all modifications. Winches, oversize tyres, snorkels, roof lights and monster trucks are more than welcome ! Scrutiny will ensure safety norms as prevalent for TSD rallies. Good condition tyres, working electrics, seat belts (normal) and helmets for all crew. Average speeds required will not be more than 45 kph.

To be eligible to participate all crew must have a valid FMSCI Rally license. Of the crew, one must have an FMSCI Entrant license.

I'm afraid not. Like last year, I am unable to find a navigator. Wanted to participate in the Enduro category.
