Didnt find a related thread so started one.
Pictures from this year's The Valley Run drag event at Aamby Valley.
Needless to say the AMS Aplha 12 GTR was the fastest clocking 10.508.

Some nice pictures, ruined by photoshop I'd say. The Supercars had a nice day out it seems. I'm glad that they're doing what they're supposed to and aren't just garage ornaments.

Hi Ravveendrra,

Well said & many points are noted. There however has to be a specific understanding of the roles of ppl here. N1 & Aamby are in no way related to any of this. Aamby provides the air strip & N1 is part of the participants. Elite (are promoters who with great pains try to get this event together). IARC (unfortunately) are the appointed Club from FMSCI to run the Sporting Aspect of the Drag & you may ask anyone that neither promoter nor anyone has any right to say or intervene in the process they follow. Having said that - we (promoters) are not deterred by the default made by IARC for running the Sporting Aspect as per the schedule released by them. We have applied for your own license as we believe that our team (all ex competitors of Drags) are capable of handling the Sporting Aspect in a much better & efficient manner alongwith proper code of conduct. The Brand New Professional Drag Timing system was introduced by the promoters for this particular reason only. However, IARC decided to run it manually - thereby negating the possibility of the Real Time Software to run on the Giant LED Screen. Having said that - the passion for the sport is as strong as ever & we have got a better process sorted out (with FMSCI support) for the next one. We are certain that your concerns will be taken care in the next one for sure.
