Yes. But I don't think we'd need permission from the authorities if its built on private land. Now, where do we find someone in mumbai who has that kind of an open private land???

i think what we need is a privately owned drag strip...coz our usual drag strips a.k.a. bandra are now swarming with our brown clad mamas
