At the invitation of team Mahindra Adventure, Iran's ace rally driver, Laleh Seddigh will visit India on November 19, 2015. She will witness the rally at the Bengaluru stage of the Indian Rally Championship and experience the motorsport scene in India.

Laleh, who is is popularly referred to as the "Little Schumacher", started driving at the tender age of 13. She is the only female driver to be given permission by the Iranian authorities to participate in an otherwise male-dominated sport in her home country. She has achieved several awards and accolades in the field of circuit racing and rallying.



Laleh Seddigh is very excited to experience the motorsport scene in India and is looking forward to encourage more people to take it up as their profession, as a serious sport. She looks forward to exchange views & experiences with Mahindra Adventure motorsport drivers. Such interactions will bring in cross country perspectives, and will also provide the right support and increase visibility for this sport which has been a playground for a select few.

Laleh Seddigh drove Mahindra’s rally prepared Super XUV500, putting the machine and its mettle to test. She was seemed impressed with capabilities of the Super XUV500.
