Using Stock cars on the track - Is it safe

As I was crawling through the internet, I came across this picture, and I noticed a very scary detail. Please notice the left front wheel ( I have PSd the image to highlight the stress on the part - hope it shows)

The point to note here is the wheel. It seems to be under really heavy load of stress esp in this turn. It is quite dangerous, considering stock cars are used for daily use, and this kind of stress would and could put unnecessary pressure on components.
Question that came to me was - after pushing cars on the tracks, would it comprimise the safety of the cars for daily use?
Any comments?

This is nothing compared to the stress our cars must go through on C1 and C2. C1 is atleast 140 kmph, and C2 is around 80 kmph.
