How much land would you need to build your own race track 2-2.5m long?

The closest road course to me is 3.1 miles long and the facility is 200+ acres.

You'd want asphalt with some concrete patches on certain corners for longevity.

I had started a similar thread a while back, there may be some good info in there that could add to this topic.

I have been thinking about this since quite sometime. Want to acquire land in my Hometown of Daman (close proximity to mumbai 100kms) it would be an ideal location.

Guys interested could something on the models of the Dubai Autodrome.

The key is to develop it as a lifestyle project say with in about 50 KM from one of the major cities. The area outside the track could be developed in to say a Golf Course etc and any number of mixed use possibilities are there
