Bottle I know a certain friend who is driving his black optra to work everyday with his entire left side mangled up (after a bus incident which he least bothered to get it repaired for 3 weeks) badly. He says its his give back to all the rick and bus drivers who gave him a scare

. And enjoys them ducking for cover when he doesn't budge to their threats.

If you really want to make it what you can do is get the car on track and then head to the shop. If not see if you can join us after dropping your car. I am sorry to hear about the damage. But try and make it.

mclaren, how about putting up a post giving complete info about the track day giving all details about cost, timings etc. This would avoid people having to go thru umpteen pages of this thread and get confused.

Also, it would be better to have a separate thread for the drag event, so that we dont confuse one with the other.

Bad news. I'm gonna have to drop out. Goin out of town for the day with the family.

Would have loved to make it. Post a detailed report with lotsa pics.

If anyone is stayin over on Sunday, we can drive to mahab's and chill out. Let me know.

P.S. If anyone needs my slicks (with steel rims) please let me know thru PM (sale only). I have a set lying at home. (tires are already fitted on the rims - all 4 of them).

Guys, totally OT. Does anyone know where Nanganallur Anjaneya temple comes? I need to head there before coming to track. Kindly PM the detailed directions. I am completely new to Chennai. Also, I could join you anna's in the morning to head trackwards.

It will be the long loop. And the rate is 1k for half a day.

Are you planning to go there on sat morning or on sunday morning ? it is easily 50-60 kms from the track. Plan accordingly.

John, I need to be there the minute the temple opens on Saturday morning. So I would be leaving on Friday night, head to my sisters place, get ready and then head to the temple as early as possible. Expecting to reach the track by 9am.
