I'm in for the trackday if it's gonna be held at MMSC. Dont crucify me mcl, I'd love to come to Kari, but got some budget issues at the moment.

P.S. Looks like the weather in Chennai is pretty much like bangy (at least today). Does this sound interesting?

v1p3r, pitch for MMSC. I'll take you to the beach this time for sure.

Just out of curiosity (becoz I am a million miles away from both tracks :( ), Where is MMSC? Is it the one in Sriperambudur, the one with FISME's ?

It's amazing fun to drive on a wet track, believe you me.

I think Narayan will be joining us.. Though I actually don't have a real clue on when and where its goin to happen.Rahul please throw some light on this.

I know - but geting there will be hell and driving at night will be suicidal. Enough people go off track on dry days (even the accomplished folks!) and we can't afford a Nurburgring type lap 4 event!!!

Ajmat is correct.
The probabilities of losing control are very high on a wet track and one can't risk with their own car.

but back to track - (no pun intended) heading all the way to Kari - is going to be a round trip of about 1.3K kms....( 550kms each way from chennai) and about 100kms atleast on the track. Which is quite a dent...

Ok guys on a sore note KMS is out of bounds for us. It seems no cars without roll cages will be allowed. And thats the final call until one certain Mr.B.Vijaykumar (owner of the track) approves if after returning from Paris later this month. So MMST it is for the time being. But question is when?

If August 1st week is alright, I could start working on it. Irrespective of whether we have the track day or not I will be in Chennai during the 1st weekend.

Ajit, driving in rain is fun on the track. Having done it I can vouch for it. Besides, it will only make you get a better control over your car in the vet too .

So how many takers for MMST on the 4-5th weekend?
