no way that sedans can be run safely on such atrack.the corners seem to to tight and also the track looks quite narrow for any overtaking

You mean the Vanguard engined karts, right? They are supposed to be 7.5 or 9 bhp, can't remember well, it's been a while you see. If it's going to be more expensive than Powai, Sachin can kiss it goodbye.

Seems like it's time for another T-Bhp meet, what say guys? But, after my exams please.

I read about this in todays newspaper. It said the karts can touch a top speed of 200 kmph... Seems kinda doubtful to me.

ya the vanguard will be more powerful porsche ..... but the normals will be arund 5 bhp ...honda engines ....... u know fer the low runners ..... so lets hope it is more expensive and TB meet will b fun hope not during my examz ... 200 kmph is not possible the rotax will also need to reach the peak of its 2nd power band ... now who ever said that was happenin is surely doping speed

hey guys i had been for some go karting there yesterday . the track is just awesome * *they have 1st started with the indian karts (falcon) which are priced at rs 300/- for 10 laps they can touch a top speed of 60kmph and u can really achieve those speeds on that track and then in near future they would be having 2 imported karts rotex max and mondial which can be used by the public . they will be priced at rs 450/- and rs 600/- for 10 laps . the fastest time on that track is 41.1 sec . *

I wish some wise guy with lots of clout wakes up in delhi and makes some track like that for us ....

although when i have my wild ideas i do have brainstorms ...

that the surdarjung airport runways are lying idle in delhi ..

it just might be possible to rent it out but wud need clout in the red tape i guess ..

anyways ... congrats guys on ur new gift

Hey Vin,

Didn'nt you take part in the MRF-MAI NAtional Karting Championship when it hit Delhi in June this year? The track was awesome...made on an unused parking lot in gurgaon, it was a minimum of 8 meters wide and 750 meters long! You sure missed something! Wait for 2005 now!
