Speed Run Mumbai - 1st & 2nd March 2008.

Well dreadcontrola i was not in mumbai then...was in mangalore...so i dont kinda remember...I wanna know the dates if anyone has any idea coz my friend from coimbi wants to ride his rx135 for it...he has been preparing for the bangalore drag from a year only to realise it will not happen or should we say never happen!!!

It does not matter. I am not interested in drag racing that much. I think we might not see a drag race anytime.

There is a chance the Customs Department will be at every Speed Run from now on.

i'm not even in india but it was big news in the indian motoring press.
Its usually in feb.smhame bout ur mate.drag racing is great in any class & not easy I know of pros you've gone over the line backwards cos of mistakes theyve made.Hope it will happen.

Well, the subject says it all I guess... The mumbai speedrun as told to me is scheduled to be held on Feb 2nd and 3rd.

Bangaloreans: Start doing your final round of mods and search for the right transporters for your cars 3 day long journey to mumbai...

hey dude the dates are tentative,,they might change the dates,,after mumbai they are planning to have it in HYDERABAD,

Yup the '08 Mumbai Speedrun's happenin in Feb..

And news is there's going to be a privately organised drag meet at Bangalore also in the month of March. I heard somebody's gonna get the Jakkur airstrip open for motorsports again.
