Iceman, next time I come to B'lore, would u show how the stuff works on u'r car?!! As in u drive and show me the way it worked when u drove at the drag and i be the pillion... Humble request!! Hope u dont say no!! heheheeeeee...

Wow, God heard my prayers.. And so did u... OK no need for the NOS effect(I know its very expensive)... I might come to B'lore sometime in March... Hope to see ya then!!

how much does a nos kit cos and what are the mods to be carried out...... i.e essential ones.... do u need a turbocharger?

its range starts frm somewhere about 35k . i dont think u need a turbo charger for a nos

guys you dont need a turbo charger to run nos. they are two totally different things. nos is a mixture of n2o and fuel added in the combustion chamber while turbo is a forced induction system.
i would suggest that you guys check out the website www.howstuffworks.com the details and pictures there will clear your doubts..

about being allowed to run in the same class, if you read the regs really carefully it says "fuel is free" and NOS is considered as part of fuel!

I didn't get that. Did they actually print that on the reg form? I don't think NOS can be considered as a part fuel.

What killjoy meant was the regs read "fuel is free"..

The regs dint mention about NOS being part of fuel.. thats his view point, thats all...

But cant it be considered as part of fuel??
