Force India Corporate Karting Challenge

Force India Corporate Go-Karting Championship will witness 10 companies from each city participate in it where selected employees (males and females) will be selected for the city rounds

The final 3 winners from each city will race to be the National Winner of the Corporate Go-Karting Championship which will be held in Mumbai.

City Races:
Mumbai – 13th June 2009 - Hakone
Delhi – 20th June 2009 – 32nd Milestone
Bangalore – 20th June 2009 – Torqu3
Hyderabad – 20th June 2009 – Runway 3
Chennai – 20th June 2009 – Kart Attach

what kind of karting challenge is this.
Is this a RC cars race or an actual kart race.

IF its RC is marketing crap , if its an real go kart race then it makes sense.

No mention about the actual go karting event and emphasis is on the Engagement Activity. And from the looks of it thats all we will get. No mention about rules or affliation to the sports governing body.

Who is the genius behind this? He surely is some brilliant fellow.

Oh and they let the employees have some fun with the toys.

To set up a stall in an office premise would cost them 10 times the cost incurred in running the event. Smart.

From the pdf its pretty evident its only some RC stuff. Do these guys know the difference between karts and RCs?!

dudes, these are real go-karts, the stall they want to do is just another advertisement gimmick.

As of today there are 30 companies who have already registered.

Qualifying will be on 7.5 hp karts
Next round on the 10 hp karts and then the final is 15 HP carts.

This is not a gimmick nor a hoax, we have already registered to be part of this event, you can come to e-zone track Torq03 (Torq03 - Gokarting) and check it out urself on the 20th of June.

PS: This track is supposed to be designed by Akku Ibrahim, Armaan’s dad, its really good and not as bumpy as the others you find around Bangalore

You can call e-zone @ +(91)-(80)-66388860 and check if this true or a farse.

The prizes are quite tempting I must say

The Winners at the National level will be taken to Singapore (All expense paid trip for 1 Couple ) to witness the real Grand Prix F1 race were “Force India” Team would be participating (F1 Merchandise will be given out).

The 1st Runner up will get a return ticket for 1 Couple to London & will also get F1 Merchandise.

The 2nd Runner up will get a Domestic return ticket for 1 Couple to any destination in India.
