AMAZING pictures guys, thank you.

I think on some stages the cedia's were doing more than 160kph .

I had no idea. I thought they only came into effect at higher (as opposed to city commuting) speeds.

From what I see, RRR is using stock Cedia Sports rear wings. I could be wrong.

Hola folks sorry for coming late here. I had a tight schedule and had to leave to my hometown after the rally at 6pm on friday. Just got back last afternoon.

Last friday, Dilip(redrage) and myself caught up on new BEL Road and headed off to the venue sidlaghatta. I knew the route pretty well and never lost our way, also the organizers had done a good job of marking the route pretty well.

We reached the track only by 10am after a good round of breakfast. Made it late to the venue. Caught up with Tom and Abhi (participants) wished them luck and headed off to the track.

Abhi told us that 3kms into the track there was a good jump and more over, I wasn't keen on trying panning this time around. A good 3kms walk from the start point into the track and we were already exhausted. However we missed the Cedia's during stage one coz of the long walk. Tired and exhausted we found ourselves a good spot to shoot the action.

The crowd wouldn't listen and every other time we had some one or the other in front of our cam's. 30 mins into the stage 2, both of us were covered in dust. Well aint an excuse for petrol heads though !!

Adding a few shots of mine. Big mistake I did was never realized the ISO was set to 800. Shot in JPEG mode, since I had no time to do PP if I had to shoot RAW.Images have only been cropped and added some color using Picasa. So swalpa adjust maadi this time

I might be wrong, but I think if the car comes with a spoiler from the factory, you can use it.

Cedia came with a spoiler from the factory just like the OHC Vtec, so I think they can use it and thats why they are using a stock spoiler instead of a hanger

Lovely shots Riju, specially the Yello Gypsy and Orange Baleno in the first set. In the 2nd set my fav is the Blue and white FRK Esteem. I so much kicking myself now for checking this thread on time.

Hey guys,

Thanks for putting up some great pictures of the rally. Its great to see so many people keenly following the sport on the online communities and at the rally itself where the stands were full for the sss.

I work for Red Bull and this year we have worked out a deal with INRC and PSP to promote the sport. Its great that they have bought the air time themselves and will be making a 30 min package and putting this on tv (ten sports)

We had put up a big tent for the drivers and media at the service park as well as parasols for the time keepers and race marshals. Constantly keeping them energized with Red Bull.

Here are pics of Red Bull at the rally

Cheers,
Jason

Jason, thanks for the Red Bull's dude. Kept me going for a while. Btw, its mclaren1885, not 1985 . I think we have met at even the Nandi Hill climb?
