mumbai-kolhapur-mumbai..can we arrange a rally?

i guys,
i was just thinking if there was a mumbai kolhapur mumbai rally how many of us would be able to participate? and waht are the requirements of arranging a rally?
i am relatively new to this kind of thing but on behalf of a frieds and me we just thought about it.

I don't know the reqiurements but why not Mumbai - Belgaum - Mumbai. Why miss the that awesome stretch between Kolhapur and Belgaum?

what did u mean? Rally as in a competitive rally or is it a timed drive to these places? If you could elaborate on what you had in mind, that would make it a lot more clear.

Dude! You are planning big. But you have chosen a busy stretch with a lot of tolls on the way. The Actual fun would begin after Kol. But what the hell, its your plan.

100% on that.

On Aug 9th I did Bangalore-Pune once more.

It was a bliss till Kolhapur further to which traffic almost multiplied thrice with lots of private cars and menacing 2 wheelers all the way till Pune.

The waiting time at the Toll also increased after Kolhapur.

The Kolhapur - Belgaum stretch almost resembles a closed circuit with very less traffic. Ideally if it is a rally, its got to be here and if Mumbai Kolhaur stretch is to be considered, then better Flag off at 4 am from Mumbai!
