Hi All,

We have finalised the pricing for the track days this weekend at Rs. 900/- for one day (any day) or Rs. 1600/- for 2 days.

This pricing applies to each driver/rider, irrespective of whether more than 1 driver/rider is using the same vehicle, and does NOT include food and water. There will be a counter where food and water will be sold.

Pls confirm your participation in advance so that appropriate arrangements can be made at the track.

Best Regards
Sawan

Sawan, are there any ground rules as far as overtaking agressively into corners (preventing that I mean) and signally someone by, etc. I can imagine the superbikes will be running rings around everyone else.

Hence the reason for having seperate session for bikes and cars. Read the previous posts dude...its been mentioned more than once.

How i envy you people, wish we had a race track close to bombay. But like GTO said get good pictures and lap times. Drive safe.

I meant superbikes running rings around other bikes on the track like Karizmas and ported RXs... which I presume there will be plenty of. I've been on plenty of track days to know what kind of confusion you have when you get fast and slow cars.

That was just an extreme example. Even when you have a carb Zen running with a chipped RS, its gonna be dicey in the corners.

we are still in the process of putting down some rules. I think we will only allow overtaking on the straights.

But it will be difficult to police this, so the onus is on the guy behind to make sure passing is safe.

this is the first track day that we are organising. Abroad, people with similar skill levels are bunched up in one group and sent out together. This way, no one comes in the other persons way.

We are trying to get some professional racers (cars and bikes) to stick around and provide tips to the ones who want to learn more than they already know. Some of the racers might even agree to take the participants around for a fast lap! We are working on it.

This is awesome. Its getting a lot in tune with the track days abroad. I wish i had a good enough car to drive on the track. (i drive a 1.3 ford ikon with 155/80/R13 tubetype tyres on steel rims) :(

If God blesses and permits, i might get my friend's 1.5 lancer shod with 205/50/R15 goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D2s

Can't make it this time around - however, do let us know the requirements in vterms of car condition, clothing etc so that we can prepare next time around.
