i am planning it in gurgaon coz getting permission here is easy than in delhi plus i already have a 3-4sponsors so i am doing for sure only the dates have to be finalised once i get the lisence from MAI...i hope all goes well

When Naidu was the CM a place was alloted for it to be built. But after Congress came to power....as usual they had to oppose it...and became "Kabab mein hadi" for the project & bid...

So yeah if someone told you that a track is being built then it is defenitely a rumour
