Hi Vivek. I guess that would be a bit OT. Why not start a thread on rentals, members would be able to add inputs & we will get to know about the worldwide rental scene too.

1961 Jaguar E-Type Series I Convertible
1964 Aston Martin DB5
1964 Ferrari 250 LM
1968 Lamborghini Miura P400S
1972 Lancia Stratos
1986 Lamborghini Countach LP5000 QV

Re: Your Dream Car / Dream Garage

Here goes mine

- Aston Martin DBS volante for that 'air-in-the-hair' feel

- Ferrari 599 GTO -- RWD and a V12, drift monster

- Audi RS5 in red colour, What a Looker!!

- E60 BMW M5 for the boy-racer in me

- Range Rover Autobiography for those cross-country drives (and no... i'm not heading towards the Mexican border Due Date style)

- Maserati Quattroporte as a daily driver

- Rolls Royce Phantom EWB for those special occasions where you want everyone to know you have arrived and for my parents to get pampered in the backseat

- SLS AMG just for the gullwings, I want this

- 69 Shelby GT500 sportsroof. Its the one muscle car I always wanted. Just like the one Vin Diesel had in Tokyo Drift, I want that something sticking out of the hood which flips when the gas is pushed.

- Pajero SWB for those Ladakh and Rann trips

The car used in Fast n Furious 3: tokoyo Drift was a 1967 Mustang not a GT500. And the picture you have attached is of the Charger used in the first movie, The fast n furious.

Thanks for improving my knowledge but i posted the picture as a reference about what I would need in my GT500. Also I gave the reference of the movie for the same reason. I think I should have encircled that part in the picture so I would have been more clear.
Thanks.

BTW, what is this part that is protruding out? Is it just for those mean looks or for some purpose?

I am no expert but The protruding thingy is knows as a Butterfly valve. These are connected to a supercharger underneath. This technique is called Forced Air induction. This setup basically send high pressure air into the engine and thus POWER!! (clarkson style)
