And he thought he could give it to BMW in the name of "Art Car".

Each to their own.
Though did not get order of wheel colors at all. On one side Blue Red and on other Red Blue for front & back.

Killer Stuff!
Seriously, if the designers of the M1 will see this, they will have a heart attack for sure!

One doubt though, What is the stuff on top of the car? A spoiler or an extended roof carrier?

No comments on the wheels.

Quite a wacky job. But I doubt if this is from Singapore. The website mentioned that the owner paid around $100K for the license plate, but AFAIK, these plates are not allowed here.

re: Strangely modified cars from around the World

what about the dining table on the rear glass?

color blind, it seems, or absence of masking tape.

And in SG, no headlamps, this loses its road-worthiness.
unless there's some stick-on/stick-off going on with the lamps

That is weird and wacky in its truest sense. Also the extension at the back looks more a scoop pan or a garbage pan, a nice way to kill an otherwise dream car.

wow!!.. The wheels take the limelight. If it was attention the owner was looking for, then he surely got it!!..

Also, whats the thing on the top doing?. Collecting rain water?.

The smoked..er..Snowed lights look cool. And the mods are also pretty good and will look so if he looses those hideous wheels and that weird spoiler of sorts

And one more questions. What does E4M mean?

Don't know what 4 in E4M stands for but I know what EM stands for. Extremely Mental.

re: Strangely modified cars from around the World

What the confused heck is that! Doing that to an M is a shocker in itself. The tyres and the dining table on the roof, take the modification business a bit too far. Give up dude, you cant make it any worse!

I can modify that a bit to incorporate the 4 too, E4M could stand for Extremity For Mental
