That small vent is generally seen on the track-variants of the 911. You'd probably see it on the new 911's GT3 and GT3 RS, not to mention the GT2 as well.

Porsches always look better in the flesh. Pictures never do justice to Porsches. Especially the 911.

Planning to buy a 2 yr old 911 so i'm not complaining too. Wont feel too bad when i see a newer one zipping past me.
