Porsche Panamera Facelift Spotted!

Source:: ICB Autoevolution

The Porsche Panamera has been around for a quite a while and is due for a much needed make over. Porsche has already upgraded the styling on the Cayenne SUV and the Panamera could soon follow. A test mule with the front end covered under plastic cladding was recently spotted in Spain. The new Panamera could sport a front similar to the new Porsche 911 which was launched at the Frankfurt motor show more than a fortnight ago.
We could see styling reminiscent of the new Carrera but underneath the new body, the technical bits are expected to remain the same. Also the new turn indicators from the new 911 Carrera could be carried over to the Panamera. After all, the Panamera was derived from the iconic 911 coupe and with the 911 getting an upgrade a Panamera makeover seems eminent. Some criticised the new 911 for being too stretched out, a bit too long.
The Panamera comes in both petrol as well as diesel variants. The top-end Turbo S is the most powerful of them all and of course, the most exciting of the lot. A Panamera Hybrid was also introduced some time back.
The rear end on the test mule hasn’t been hidden under disguise like the front which might make one think that the rear end styling hasn’t been changed.

Re: Porsche Panamera Facelift Spotted!

The revised Porsche Panamera Turbo S has been revealed, and is pictured here for the first time.

Porsche has raised the already imposing performance potential of the Turbo S, giving the facelifted model a 20bhp boost in reserves to take the output of its twin-turbocharged 4.8-litre V8 up to 562bhp – 49bhp more than the recently introduced facelifted Panamera Turbo.

Included in the mid-life make-over is a new front bumper with larger air intakes and redesigned head lamps with LED operation.

Bigger changes are concentrated at the rear, which receives a larger rear window within the tailgate along with a colour-keyed four-way spoiler and a new bumper which now houses the licence plate.

Cheers!

Not really, these are still way better than what you see on the Jaguar XF which look like Rs 500 ones
