Chevrolet Corvette Stingray, Silverado win 2014 Car/Truck of the Year !

General Motors has had quite a year and they got a couple nice trophies to prove it this morning at the Detroit Auto Show, winning both the car and truck of the year awards handed out by a jury of 50 journalists.
Chevy’s new Corvette Stingray, a fully-redesigned version of the classic American muscle car won for Car of the Year and the Chevrolet Silverado, GM’s full-size rival to the world-beating Ford F150 pickup was named Truck Of The Year.
