Billionaire industrialist Ratan Tata pored over every inch of the new million-euro LaFerrari on the Italian supercar maker's stand at the Geneva auto show.

Ferrari's first-ever hybrid "looks terrific", said Tata, one of India's wealthiest businessmen and a close friend of Ferrari chairman Luca Cordero di Montezemolo.

But will he buy one?

"I don't have the money," Tata joked.

The issue is moot: every one of the 499 LaFerraris slated for production is already spoken for. Sergio Marchionne, chief executive of Ferrari's parent company Fiat, says he has reserved one of them.

I found that La Ferrari & Mclaren P1 scary from the back but Lamborghini Veneno just took it to another level. It looks as if the car is mad and is going to rip you apart. It's hyper car mad as it should be.

You are right. And the reason is that the Vehicle Development Team handling the QOROS programme are top drawer automotive talent drawn from across the world mostly from German and Japanese OEM's.
QOROS also meets all current crash testing norms prevalent in Europe and US w.r.t. full frontal, offset frontal, side impact, pole test,rear crash, rollover and pedestrian protection.
This is a company to watch. Maybe the next Hyundai in the making 15 years from now.

Any particular reason why these don't get the alloys but steelies. IMO Alloys give a more upmarket feel. Also, In case of soft-roading, do alloys or steelies make any difference ?
