The F10 5er is getting a midlife facelift and the test mules were being spotted for a while now.

Now the completely undisguised car has shown up somewhere in China.

From the looks of it, the facelift includes 6 series-esque headlamps (corona rings), grill, exhaust tips and revised bumpers.

From the looks of it not much of changes in the 5'er LCI on the exteriors.

Hopefully the interiors should also remain unchanged. Only i think the i-drive will be updated.

+ I think BMW is introducing separate "Lines" packages for the F10 LCI (as the car spotted in China looks like a "Luxury Line")

Any news of the N20 (528i) being offered in India with this Lci ?

PS - Dont see this coming to Indian shores before September

If you notice BMW has added a "line" from the headlights to the grille possibly because they want a better transition into the next gen 5-series model, which will most likely have the headlight-grille connection which has been seen on the F30

Mechanically the 5 Lci should get a reworked steering, rest same.

The F10 M5 will receive light updates (headlight, tail-lights) & some changes on the lower rear bumper.

Here I am struggling to find some changes in the design, and you find it ugly compared to the pre-facelift version?

My friend if i recollect correctly you already have a 523i, 530d & you recently bought a 535i all being F10s & you were planning for another 530d

530d and 523i are nearly 3 years old and need to be replaced soon

BMW have revealed their new 5 series touring Model. Well there we have it. I guess it's official. The new 5 series will have the same front look more or less. Looks really good but not so different.

It looks nice but im afraid no one will ever be able to makeout the difference. The E facelift on the other hand completely transforms the look of the car.
All in all, the 5 looks awesome as it is and does not really need a facelift.

I like the way BMW goes with their cars’ mid-life facelift. The improvements are made with minimal visual updates, keeping that generation’s overall look unchanged. This actually maybe a big boon for the existing customers (with pre-facelift model) when it comes to resale value of their car.

I don't like the air dam design of the F10. Neither the old, nor this. And that chrome bit on top of the fog light is spoiling it further on this facelift.

Is the bumper from the M a straight fit on the regular 5er?
