Did anyone see the Stig at the British GP yesterday?

OT: For the Renault F1 Alonso might have become the Stig

Real or not but what a special moment it must have been for that crowd in the studio. I am so envious.

The whole thing was a gag. That FXX was Schumacher's (the only black FXX without a stripe running along the length of the car). No way he would let anyone touch that car. And what better way to get the first episode of the new season on the frontpage of practically every newspaper in the world? They even showed that Liana bit, and his inability to go around the test track in it to prove that they were joking about the whole thing (and that's after discounting their own statement at the end of the show.)

guys if u had just watched the end credits....u'll see that Schumi is credited as being a "guest star". But the episode was awsome nonetheless. I have to say that the UK countryside is just gorgeous

Just because schumi wore stigs costume, does not mean he is the stig. I suspect it was a prank.

According to wikipedia (The Stig - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia), Schumi as the Stig was a one time only gig for the Ferrari FXX. So the real Stig's identity is still a mystery

Finally the cat is out of the bag. The stig has been revealed. he is none other than Ben Collins.

Seriously, it was pretty widely rumoured that it was indeed Ben Collins but this idiotic lot just had to go and spoil everybody's fun by confirming it and ruining the secrecy. Pathetic

It's no secret that Ben Collins is the Stig..

Even before this law battle between BBC and Harper Collins we knew that..But now it's official..

Hopefully,next year we will get some new Stig coming our way..Might be in blue,red or pink..
