Guess what we were greeted with at the Suzuki section. Surprise, surprise; it is our good old Swift

Our very own Swift

Even Our Alto was there. Does it look little different?

Suzuki also didn't had much of a collection except a series of Concept cars

VOLVO was expected to be interesting and they didn't disappoint at all. Though I would have loved if they had a bigger presence but nevertheless whatever they had for display were worth a few snaps.

Audie section was equally thrilling. Legs were tired after whole day walk around the park and more than frequent push-ups, getting down on your knees to take a better angle. But Audie did act as a much needed refreshment.

Porsche has few cars lined up but they were not that impressive. It's my personal view but I find all Porsche models look more or less similar. So just picked the best looking one from the lot

Purists may disagree but the fact is that Jaguar & LR are now Indian companies. Would Love that day when Tata officially will put their logo alongside Jaguar and Land Rover logos in upmarket sell.

43rd Tokyo Motor Show
Date - 23/11/2013

A total of 8 hours were spend but we were still not finished. Legs were giving up and we decided to move out. As it is, it was getting closer to the business end as well. On our way out, I glanced at the Porsche section again and found one car with Garmin branding. Not sure if it is available for the public or just some kind of advertisement going around here for this specific motor show.

43rd Tokyo International Motor Show - A Visit-dsc_0031.jpg

When we were out of the show, it was closing on 7 PM and chill has already set in. Thought of taking a group photo as a memorabilia

Gang at the outside garden

Note - After 8 hours and we still couldn't manage to sneak into many sections including Mitsubishi and Peugeot. I thought, I should come again on Sunday for the rest but only on Sunday morning I got to know that there are actually 27 joints in one leg. And all of them were making there presence felt along with few other joints from places that can't be mentioned in the forum. So decided to give my body the much needed rest and finish up this write-up instead.

Hope, it would be of your liking. And by the way, what would be life without a little bit of humor? So keep smiling till I come back again with another of my posts.

The End..

Next was this cute little thing.

Among all the display of Yamar, the next to come was the best thing I liked from them. It looked bulky and gave that impression as if the machine is built for some high-speed drives on the highways

Make - Yamar
Model - K9
Transmission - Zero emission automatic
Seating Capacity - 2

The KO stands for Ken Okuyama, The man responsible for the Ferrari Enzo and the Glickenhaus P4/5. He has since retired from Pininfarina and does this now!

I humbly disapprove!

Quite frankly, I liked the Suzuki Hustler concept. They should produce it and also bring it to India. This would sell in good numbers.

Lovely pictures! The report was good too, what i really liked were the captions. I must say you have a knack for capturing curves . All in all, a great report sir.

I loved the concept cars from Yamar, Subaru and VW. Drool worthy stuff.

Yamaha continues in the next set as well

Make - Yamaha
Model - FJR 1300 AS
Transmission - 6 Speed Manual/ Diesel
Seating Capacity - 2

Nitpicking:
Its 5 speed motorcycle with Petrol engine! unleaded gasoline (written in the board)

Bird watchers might be wondering - What the hell; a motor show without the other side of the beauty? To tell you, we started early and probably while one set of beauties were all dressed up for the party, the other set might be busy with their make ups. So as the day progressed a little the motor show become a complete motor show in true seance. Then who else but the Yamaha has to lead from the front
OT:
One question: Where are the cars that you seem to be talking about? I didn't even see one single car! Accepted all were beautiful, but where are the cars?

Ohh my mistake then. Shorting among 100s of photos takes a bit of your concentration.
