Honda Civic Type S for Europe

Honda is rubbing salt on our wounds. As they get ready to launch the boring sedan in India, Europe is now getting the sexy 3 door Type S. And to further rub more salt in our wounds they will launch the Type R in March 2007

The Type S features the 1.8L petrol and 2.2L diesel both with 140hp and 6 speed Manaual transmission. 1.8L also gets a Manual i-Shift transmission. Buyers can also buy a Type S GT as a upgrade.

And it's gonna get worse. Honda also has plans of a hardcore "Civic Type RR" for the European market.

But hey, we can always convert our sedate Civics into RRs, now can't we?Hehe.

With a 1.8 ltr already present in the car, u won't have to invest in an engine swap.

Type R for India is asking for too much. Lets be happy they finally launched the Civic.

Even the US jurnos are begging for the TypeR hatch.
