I can't get over how sexy the lines on these cars are. Especially the C-Class.

What an Amazing Experience this would have been!

Silly Point, but I am guessing Stratos was at the event, considering that he has written such a wonderful post and described the experience really well.

Stratos has a BEST bus as a display pic. I have an idea for Stratos (Jokingly). Why don't you invite the Mercedes guys to do a similar events with BEST buses. Our BEST bus Drivers in Mumbai can give them a 3-4 day training on how to drift with such a big monster.

The looks of the C63 is just Awesome!!

Could you let know what the Additional pair (sports kit?) on the front bumper of the C63 is? Or is it just an Ice mover kit?
Whatever this just adds more class to the machine

It is a panel to protect the bumper from getting damaged as sometimes there can be hard ice rocks hidden under the soft snow banks. Also going fast in the soft but thick snow can cause some serious abrasion to the bumper.

Great report, Awesome pictures. But just one thing about their choice of cars, wasn't the A45 and the CLA45 too close to each other in their nature to be considered for this event, shouldn't atleast another type, maybe with a RWD based 4MATIC be a more appropriate addition.

Nice. it sure is fun. Out here in Finland, there are many such tracks.
Finland has many lakes in the Lapland region and when these freeze, tracks like this are made for enthusiast driving or for testing.

Bentley has a facility in a place called Ruka where they test and let their customers drive. Non Bentley owners not encouraged.

Porsche has one in Levi. Here non Porsche owners can drive. I don't remember the prices though. There are different pkgs based on expertise grade.

This apart, there are many pvt event organizers who sell pkg deals.

In these places, you will have more fun coz it is only ICE..no slush whatsoever. It is killjoy with slush around.

Thanks to Mercedes. Me too was part of the AMG driving academy drive in Austria. One of the most splendid experience in my life!
