Ferrari in a lawsuit with one of its fans, over FB fan page ownership

An amateur race car driver from Switzerland and hardcore Ferrari fan, Sammy Wasem, created a Ferrari fan page six years ago which gained more than 500,000 fans within a year.

Ferrari officially congratulated him for the success, but at the same time, got into the administration rights of the page. This guy continued to work on the page, until recently, when he was completely taken off the page by Ferrari.

And now, he is in a legal battle with his favorite Italian sports-car, on a law suit filed for ~11 million US $ over this particular FB page ownership.
Meanwhile Ferrari is suing him back for unlawfully using Ferraris brand IPs.
