Dealership STEALS car back from Customer

You think you had a bad delivery experience? This dealership sells a car to a customer...realises that they sold it at a less than preferred price.....goes to his house at night and just takes it back.

Outrageous!

A car sales man making a mistake.
The "self-proclaimed largest Chevrolet dealer in the world" having such a rookie salesman.
And the "rookie salesman" not being supervised on the sale.
The reasoning the dealership gives in their statement.

But on the other hand, wonder how does he sell that many trucsk with that kind of record with the BBB.

I'd say -give me a break. Anyone who has been at the receiving end of a car dealership in the US - knows how cut-throat the selling can be. I had thought that my experience with a Long Island Nissan dealer was bad. This is the pits, yet.

It sounds like a pretty outrageous thing for a dealership to do, and is the first time Ive heard of anything of this sort: But I'll reserve further comment until we know more facts about this incident.

Ssssshhhhh... Don't let this info to our dealers. If it is possible in US, it ia possible in India
