A Swedish compay called Prodelox has designed it and they have been experimenting with it in Sweden.

Came across this while browsing Reddit.

I thought the concept is quite interesting, incentivising people to stay below speed limit.

The only concern is that such speed bumps should fulfill the goal of reminding the driver to slow down before approaching a section of the road and not damage the vehicle's suspension, wheels / tyres, even slightly.
