I wish these German manufacturers stop this "gentleman's agreement" and ditch the 155mph speed limit...

The M5 also has massive potential (supposedly 200 mph if the speed limiter is removed), and the old CLs also had superb potential to come close to the magic figure......

you can remove the 155mph limit by paying AMG some amount.then they will raise the limit to 185mph.

That side windows too huge...all the B, C and D pillars are messed up. Only good view is dead-front or front quarter. Interiors are sweet, but the rest isn't aggressive.

that is the typical Cl design.it always has huge pillar less side windows.

that CL has only A and C pillars, where do you see the B and D.

I agree, only the front and interior looks good, you can mistake it for a lower
end C class from the rear.

My bad about the pillars, my excitement caused me to add the extra two. As for the huge window...well, it's definitely a huge increment from the earlier generation, where it didn't appear as one big bubble.

Definetely one of the best looking Mercs I have laid eyes on, especially from the front and rear 3/4ths. DROOOL!!!
But somehow, I'd still take the M6 over the CL63 AMG. Just have the feeling that the BMW is gonna be more value for money.

Lovely!!!
Mercs are really becoming muscle car types while maintaining it's identity. I am loving it. Cant really wait to see the new C here.

I do have a feeling though, that this car will look magnificent in person. Can't wait for my neighbours to get one (their current cars: W221 S350, W220 S500, CL65 AMG, G55 AMG and an old school 200 E [1980s])...and these are only the Mercs :P)

call me old fashined but i simply hate the lights on this beauty. the headlamps as well as the tail lights. the headlights are too NHC like.

but i love the small windows. always enjoyed watching (can't afford one) small side windows. if nybody remembers the song "back for good" by backstreet boys, that also had a vintage car with really sleek side windows.

Did anyone notice the front bumper is similar to the Fiesta's front bumper?
