Meet the Honda S Dream Streamliner

As a project overseen by a team of 16. This car touched a speed of 262 miles per hour in Bonneville Salt flats this week.

262 is a number much higher than the 247 MPH set by the Bar Honda Formula 1 car in the salt flats. The team did say they touched 266 MPH earlier, but just were not able to replicate that.

What is more mind boggling is that this beauty is powered by a 660cc power plant from the cutesy S660 sports car. (Which i absolutely adore)

Honda used to make such wondrous creations earlier. Their cars were also equally fascinating. Just hoping some of this flair now reaches their current lineup of cars.
