Yes! I photoshopped, a pretty shoddy job at that! Lets just let the bumpers and lights be, I am already quite embarrassed.

From concept to reality, a lot seems to have changed, but I can't quite put my finger on it.

Perhaps the angles of the spy-pictures are not flattering enough, but it's lost some of that show-stopper looks from the concept. It's underwhelming, for sure!

It seems to have settled in with the SLC rather than move up into the Boxster / F-Type space. Let's hope it looks better in the flesh.

No need to be. Fair thought. The headlamps are quite similar. I guess we will soon see some Swifts with BMW's grill, much like the Brezzas trying to pass off as Jeeps 😊

Honestly, wait for official pictures/real world pictures. It is difficult to get a sense of proportions and depth from low quality pictures with a white background. Makes a lot of difference.

Compare the Jag E- pace with the swift and the similarities are much more. To be honest, swift has never been an original design and this time around their inspirations have been different

I always thought they were similar to Mini Coopers. They started out with the similar body design and the Dzire’s front grille looks like Minis even more now.

When I saw the first visuals of the Z4, let me admit this much to your happiness - I felt exactly the same way.. its a total abomination compared to the tiny-rumped Z4 E89 which I've had the pleasure of driving briefly.

A BMW is not a BMW if there is no Corona Rings/Angel Eyes.. period. Squared off kidney grilles, sharpened edges, rounded and smoothed off Hofmeister kinks, headlights connecting the kidney grilles, looooonnggg wheelbases, I don't know what has happened to my favorite car designing company today. The flat OLED tail-lights with shark-tooth pattern compared to the beautiful 3D bulbous rear lamps with horizontal striations earlier.. maybe its just my opinion.

Everyone is going the VW route.. designing cars using angles and scales. I hate it.

2019 BMW Z4 Roadster Unveiled,

BMW only released a handful of specifications, but the automaker confirmed the M40i will have a 3.0-liter six-cylinder engine that produces 335 hp (250 kW / 340 PS). It will enable the roadster to accelerate from 0-60 mph (0-96 km/h) in 4.4 seconds.

The car will also have an M Sport braking system and a sports suspension with electronically controlled dampers. Other highlights include a 50:50 weight distribution and an M Sport rear differential.

The Z4 will go on sale in the spring of 2019 and the company will release additional information about the model on September 19th.
