I don't know if this makes economic sense for Toyota, but boy would I love to see new retro models of all the Toyota Vehicles from the 60's to the late 70's! And on similar lines a 4 stroke RD-600 with a 300 Parallel twin. Just imagine the same exhaust note of the RD but without the smoke

Just a note to all the people balking at "100% wool interiors". Using wool does not necessarily mean you have warmth or heat retention. Wool is actually one of the most versatile textile materials known to man. In fact fine wool can be much lighter, softer and can keep you much cooler than cotton. Wool is also known for its odor resistant, and fire retardant properties.

The woollen yarn used in, say sweaters, keeps you warm because it contains a lot of small air pockets that act as an insulator helping retention of heat, not just because it is made of wool. Depending upon the quality, yarn construction and weave, wool can either keep you warm or cool.

Something very old school and dignified about this car, all class and refinement with nothing loud and flashy. Me thinks this can find a few homes in India as well, at around 1.75-2cr. It ferries the Japanese emperor after all. Plus, it's a Toyota, so it's never going to break down either.
