How much would you pay for 51 NGH license plate? how about 400K USD??

The Plate/Car is owned by a Peter Sing Verdi. I think he owns the clothing store New Look. He also has a couple of Veyrons one with the number plate V1.

The top 10 most expensive plates in UK are:
51 NGH, 254,000;
K1 NGS, £231,000;
1A, £200,000;
1 OO, £170,000;
S1 NGH, £108,000;
1 RR, £106,000;
MR51 NGH, £10100;
1 S, £100,000;
G1 LLY, £87,000
and 1 MK, £83,500

Note that 3 of them are variants of Singh. Vanity affair!

F1 - £440,000 or so, in 2008 I believe.

well, that apparently used to be the case. F1 at one point used to be the most expensive number plate in the UK. its owned by Afzal Kahn, the dude who runs Kahn Design. now its said that a new plate, 4 HRH (for his/her royal highness) is the most expensive. and surprise surprise, even this one is owned by Mr Kahn!!

UK pays peanuts compared to UAE when it comes to plates.

The Al Khoury brothers bought "1" for 7 Million Pounds ~ 49 crores and "5" for 3.5 Million Pounds ~ 24 Crores.

In UK , the most expensive is "F1" (~440,000 GBP) followed by "S1" (~400,000 GBP) and the fourth expensive is VIP 1 owned by Mr Roman "Chelsea" Abramovich.

There's some Bentley in Jalandhar for which the owner paid 7-8 lakhs for 0001.

That's ok for bentley, but imagine 10 Lakhs for 0001 on Fortuner!
