Re: Ferrari: Which one is your all-time favourite?

My all-time favourite would be the F430 Scuderia.

Very specifically the Scuderia and not the regular road going version, for the 'Track' versions phenomenal exhaust.

On this day 33 years ago, the legendary Ferrari F40 made its world premiere in Maranello. It's certainly one of the most iconic supercars ever made.

Re: Ferrari: Which one is your all-time favourite?

A car can have so many dimensions in terms of which it can be appreciated and desired: styling, engine performance, handling, provenance, historical significance, various other automotive engineering aspects, comfort (or lack thereof), noise, and so on. Therefore, one can't do justice in linearly sorting such a list even if one has access to or intimate experiences with each car, let alone based on other people's narratives.

Another key point is that with the passage of time, the legacy of a car—its place in history—becomes increasingly clearer. In other words, a car that is hot news today, even if objectively, justifiably so, may turn out to be completely "meh" a decade or two from now. In that sense, it is actually easier to judge cars that have withstood the test of time in terms of how they feel like to drive (and look at) today.

If we take the monetary values out of the picture, then, out of the cars listed in this poll, if I could only have one, it would be the F50.

If I could only have two, the second would be the F40.

Voted for Ferrari Testarossa for its timeless design by Pininfarina.

I would also like to add the Ferrari FX which was custom made for the Sultan of Brunei by Pininfarina.

Re: Ferrari: Which one is your all-time favourite?

My all time favorite model would have to be the F430 Scuderia. Although only available in Automatic (Regular 430 had manual option) but still the handling and performance was amazing. This was one of the last cars having all analog controls and dials that present day cars lack big time as they were chucked out in favor of the idiotic touchscreens.
