Jaguar C-XF Concept.

Jaguar C-XF,
Personal OPINION : Looks a lot like Rapide when viewed from side especially when it gets to the back portion . Front looks a-la MAserati Quatt.

I liked it when I read about it a few days back...the grille is very non-Jag, almost Seat-like.

Side is most similar to a Rapide, no doubt.

All in all, a rather butch, yet beautiful car.

It's designed by Ian Callum, the same guy who did the DB9. The front is an adaptation of Jaguar's R-D6 concept which was built in 2002. It's a bold step away from Jaguar's traditional designs and looks very good right now, but, will it age gracefully like some of the older Jags?

Also will be launched?? Remember previously Jaguar has shown many concepts like the F-type, R-type etc. which were canned at the last moment. Hopefully, this will not go the same way.

Also IMHO most cars designed by Ian Callum retain similarity in the glasshouse & rear haunches treatment so it has similar looks the DB9/XK.

The design is lovely especially from the back. The front reminds me of the Seat Salsa!

hard to guess its a jag from this disguise..could be mistaken for a bmw with that cover...
