Serving both LHD and RHD markets, the YARIS Cross will first arrive in Japan this Autumn and for Europe in mid- 2021.
Available in both MT and in CVT options.
The boot of the Yaris Cross has an adjustable deck height and an additional underfloor storage compartment, and it can be extended by lowering the 40:20:40 adjustable rear seats.
The B -SUV will serve other markets later in 2021.

Toyota has the weapons to win the war in India, they just seem to have zero strategy !
I have gut feeling that instead of RAV4 we may end up getting this in India in the Hector-Harrier price range, & that too with the 1.5L petrol, minus any hybrid option.
Just to add on, the front is similar to Ford Escape & the rear similar to Tata Altroz. The designers seem to have taken inspiration.
Looks like the small SUV from lexus from a distance.
This will not fit into Sub4, and the other option is to pitch this against Creta / Seltos with a CVT from current Yaris - I guess we all know where that's is going to go. It does not look premium enough to compete in the segment.

The Yaris Cross is
not India bound.
We will get a C-SUV from the Toyota- Suzuki alliance. Understand it is taking shape and spied on test else where.

Aware of the cross badging of Brezza from Toyota, but this would have been segment above, surprisingly they have nothing to compete in Creta/Seltos category. Given the success of Fortuner and Innova they should have also planned to enter this category and sure people would have put in their money.
