The Jaguar F-Pace facelift has been spotted testing. The car is expected to get cosmetic changes as well as new mild-hybrid powertrain.

On the outside, the F-Pace is expected to get changes to its headlights, grille, front bumper, tail lights and the rear bumper. The SUV could also get an improvement in the interior quality and more tech on the inside. The F-Pace is reported to come with a dual screen in the centre console with rotary dials, an infotainment system and digital instrument cluster. The rotary gear selector could be replaced by a conventional gear lever. A new steering wheel is also expected.

Powering the F-Pace will be a range of new 48V mild-hybrid powertrains. The hybrid tech could come with a new 6-cylinder in-line petrol engine as well as a new 6-cylinder diesel engine.

For 2021, Jaguar offers the F-Pace in four trim levels: F-Pace 250, 250 S, S 340, and R-Dynamic S 400. The 250 models are powered by a new turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine, making 246 horsepower (183 Kilowatts) in both trims. Following this, the S 340 uses a turbocharged 3.0-liter six-cylinder with mild-hybrid assist making 335 hp (250 kW). Finally, the R-Dynamic S takes the same engine and dials things up a bit to 395 hp(295 kW). The entry-level model reaches sixty miles per hour in 6.9 seconds, while the fastest R-Dynamic model will do it in 5.1 seconds. Each of the engines pair with an eight-speed automatic transmission.

I bought a F-pace about 9 months ago and while I got a great deal and shouldn't complain, the interiors of this facelift make me envious! It's a complete redesign of the dash and center console and not just a facelift!

Exteriors aren't all that different. The Indian version already comes with LED headlamps so the only change are the dual DRLs as such. The rear is a lot more Velar like which is nice but I am not too sure about those gigantic exhaust tips

Overall a good job by JLR, however I see them bumping the price to 70ish when launched in India next year. Which no longer makes the F-pace be able to compete with both the X5/GLE and the X3/GLC as it was in the middle of the two in terms of size and price
