Instead of just starting up your AMG, hold down a shift paddle and notice a different start-up. By doing so, the car going into the emotion start mode, wherein the muffler valves are opened and the engine is kept 200 to 300 rpm higher than normal. The resulting bark will definitely make sure you wake up your neighbours when you leave for office.

That said, the the engine quietens down after the start and you need to press the exhaust button to continue being loud.
