Was in Malaysia last month and captured some pictures of the automotive scene there.. there are hardly any big bikes but lots of cars with awesome after market exhausts.. infact, while i was staying in genting (a hill station) on the 17th floor of my hotel, all night i could hear cars with tricked out exhausts ripping past the curvy roads of the hills and the sound from the exhausts revebrating thru the mountain walls!

Press the F11 button to enjoy the most :)

Here are some pictures..

a kawasaki zzr250

notice the exhaust? common in Malaysia

What a hood!

Toyota Unser, the younger brother of our Qualis and Elder Brother of the Innova

Also, that's not an Evo you've caught there (in black). Its a regular Cedia with some nice wheels (which is the norm in Malaysia).

About the big bikes, they are not used for everyday commutes. Catch them on a Sunday morning and there is a huge collection of some pretty tricked out machinery.

I thought as much but wasn't sure about this. The catch could be tail lamps, are they RT?

Headlamps. Evos have straight-top lamps, while Cedias have pulled-back ones.

The Spoiler is also very un-Evo like, plus the brakepads would be painted, plus a lot of other things like the hood. That is very definitely not an Evo of any sort.

Correction, None of the callipers are painted. The yellow thing which you see through the rear wheel is actually a painted section of the road, the speedbreaker to be precise....

Great observation there Salil. I was trying to locate painted calipers but couldn't find them lol:

Actually I was wondering what the driver would be thinking about this Indian dude who is busy photographing his humble Lancer (its a Lancer elsewhere, no Cedia)

That's a Subaru Forester with a WRC-inspired bodykit.

It could also be a STi-spec JDM spec Forester. But the bodykit looks like an after-market one on a normal Forester.

Yeah, it's a bodykit. Or it would be badged STi on the grille.

nice pics Bunny.....
