Seen here the mule is disguised wearing pre facelift body and an all road kit;







This new generation would be called the W214.

Should have an Global reveal by late 2022.

India launch should probably be in 2023.

Mercedes-Benz E-Class sixth-generation prototypes have been spotted testing on public roads for the first time ahead of a planned UK introduction during the first half of 2023.

For the first time on the E-Class, a rear-wheel steering system offering up to 10deg of steering at the rear.

Mercedes-Benz has started working on the next generation of its E-Class sedan. The new iteration of the Mercedes-Benz E-Class has been spotted undergoing testing for the first time. The spy images showcase a completely camouflaged sedan, although a few details are noticeable.



The test mule in the spy images seems to have the production-spec LED headlights. The front bumper features heavy cladding, which hides its styling, however, a low air intake is visible, just below the main grille. The side and rear are also covered by heavy camouflage, with just the flush door handles and a small part of the LED tail lights being visible.



While there are no proper images of the interiors, Mercedes-Benz is expected to revamp the cabin and dashboard, featuring large screens for the instrument cluster and the infotainment unit. The next-gen E-Class, similar to its siblings, will also come packed with a bunch of features and technology.



While Mercedes-Benz is yet to confirm the powertrain options, the next-gen E-Class is expected to be offered with efficient hybrid and high-performance AMG models.

The German luxury carmaker could unveil the next-gen Mercedes-Benz E-Class sometime in 2023 or 2024.

The next-generation Mercedes-Benz E-Class has been spied testing in Germany, ahead of its unveil sometime in late-2023.



The car can be seen covered heavily in camouflage, revealing little to no design details of the upcoming model. However, the spy images do showcase the sedan carrying forward a similar profile as the current model. The next-gen E-Class though is expected to feature significant styling updates, along with a new set of LED headlamps and taillights, updated front grille and newly-styled front and rear bumpers.



The next-gen E-Class will also receive significant updates to its interiors. These include a new touchscreen infotainment system, digital instrument cluster and a bunch of additional features and technology similar to those on its larger sibling, the S-Class.



The next-gen Mercedes-Benz E-Class will be offered with both petrol and diesel engine options for the international market. Mercedes is also working on introducing an electric version in the form of the EQE sedan.
