| ![]() Production Accords Caught without Camo. Can you say 5 Series with a hint of Lexus LS460 and a dash of the Prev Generation Acura RL? Pics Courtesy: AutoBlog / Brenda Priddy ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Senior - BHPian | ![]() Looks like the japanese are going the whole hog trying to capture the German look. I like it, it looks nice without having any of the camry's dumpiness. |

| ![]() Yea.. I agree with you Ananth. Copying the Germans in this case has resulted in a pretty crisp design. Incidently US release date is Sep 2007. Should India release be following shortly since global launches are the next big thing?? Can someone tell me when the 7th Gen Accord and new CRV was launched in India? I want to compare lag times between US and India release. 7th Gen Accord was launched in September 2002 as a 2003 model and the 3rd Generation CRV was launched in October 06 (May be off on this?) as a 2007 model. |

Team-BHP Support ![]() ![]() | ![]() That's a nice scoop pic. Well it doesn't look all that bad. I quite like it. It's not bulbous like the camry and the previous gen accord. Looks very european as Ananth said. |

Team-BHP Support ![]() ![]() | ![]() I quite like the front end....very simple, proportionate and a bit muscular. But the side and rear are horrible. Somehow, it just doesnt look like a Honda is supposed to. A disappointment after the swoopy futuristic Civic. The Camry wins this battle hands down. |

Senior - BHPian ![]() | ![]() I quite like it since it looks much better than the current design & is not as fussy as the Camry. 7th Gen Accord was introduced here in early 2003, while the 3rd gen CR-V was introduced here earlier this year. I think there is a time lag of about 4-6 months between US & India launches. |

| ![]() I prefer the current one. The rear of this one seem very plain and simple. It is suppose to launch in the US by the end of this year or ealier. Im sure soon after it will hit our shores. But do you guys think there will be a price increase over the existing one? What additional features does this one has to offer, any clue as yet? |

Senior - BHPian ![]() | ![]() Not that bad actually... much more appealing than the pics in the first post somehow! The front reminds me of a Volvo... especially this one from navdeep's link: 2008 Honda Accord -- Spy Photos - Jalopnik And this pic of the rear reminds me of a Toyota Solara: 2008 Honda Accord -- Spy Photos - Jalopnik Very European, and nothing as radical as the Civic. |

| ![]() Has taken some cues from the TL in the front and the character line. Doesn't look like BMW at all (except the side view of the rear lamp). I dont know whats the deal with Honda and the long front overhangs. |
