2008 Accord Spy Pics - India Pics on Pg-9

Important Car for India in 2008. As prices decrease and consumers upgrade the D segment should see some nice action.

Styling is a little bland IMO. But Looks like they are going the Camry Route- Safe and Conservative. Also I am supprised how much the profile mimicks the E60.

Although the Sonata Embera has taken its design hints from older gen Accords, once this Accord makes it to a market which sells the Sonata Embera the Accord will look to be copied from the Hyundai.

Man that is one dull looking car! What's going on with the designers these days? Is the same guy shared between various companies?

Also, the pedestrian safety regulations are making our cars uglier with every model as they are required to have a high nose! Ugh...

If you notice, Honda, as always, has a lot of confidence in its new Accord's capabilities, with the passenger reading a newspaper during a shake-down

Not possible...the brand name in the US is just too strong.
And I wonder why so light a disguise? Marketing gimmick?
Wonder how the Euro version will look like?

(PS : Just like BUSA, even I was going to say that this is some mistake, its actually the facelifted Sonata's spy pics. ).

IMO Embera looks more interesting and inspiring than this Accord!!! To put it mildly the car looks insipid.

That looks like a map, not a newspaper. This is of course open to debate since neither of us know what it really is.

Now, how can a company that made the Civic come out with something as dull as this?? The current 'euro spec' civic is a revolutionary design. And now we are back to boring Hondas again....whats more they look like Hyundais.

IMHO, the new Camry is anything but safe and conservative, the old one perhaps.. Definetely not the new one.
