This is one of the worst exotic accident pictures I have ever seen. As pointed out by ajmat, the car must be doing insane speeds to get blown to bits like that. The widespread wreckage says it all

Very sad

i sort of agree..but it is even worse to see the guy die..i guess ppl really need to take cars like these to the track, rather than make roads such as this one a track...sad indeed..

For a car made up of exotic materials, built with the best safety features , to be torn in half is a serious thing. If the strongest part of the car is like this, imagine what would have happened to its occupant. May his soul rest in peace.

They say 'a picture speaks thousand words...' but now I'm speachless...

Any details about how it all happened, who's mistake or what went wrong...

Truly tragic. I found out about this a few days ago.

It occurred in Milan, the driver crashed at around 157 mph, as recorded by the Enzo's ''black-box''.

It is claimed he hit a tree, and the lack of skidmarks on the road provide us with a picture of some sort, that shows the car may have become airborne for a short, but sufficient amount of time.

Sad, only 399 left : (
